Catherine, our heirloom-worthy, rare vintage Tiffany & Co. sapphire cluster ring in UK size N.5/ US 7, crafted in 18k gold. The design features an oval-cut royal blue sapphire at the centre, surrounded by a cluster halo of round brilliant-cut diamonds arranged in a floral-style setting.

The diamonds provide contrast and enhance the colour of the sapphire, while the yellow gold band adds warmth and durability. The setting is low-profile and balanced, making it practical for regular wear while still maintaining a distinctive vintage look.
