Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return postage costs.

The buyer is responsible for return postage and ensuring the item is returned safely. We strongly recommend using guaranteed special delivery with tracking and insurance. Refunds will not be issued for items that are lost or damaged in transit and were not returned via guaranteed special delivery.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Items that have been altered or resized cannot be returned. This includes any resizing arranged through us as part of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct finger size or chain length is provided, including any necessary conversions from UK sizing.

If you believe your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the damage.
